What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We typically start at 120 pairs per color per style.
Do I need to have my own designs?
Not at all. We can co-develop with your team or provide seasonal, trend-forward private label ranges to choose from.
How long does sampling usually take?
Most sample packs are ready within 15–20 business days. Complex developments may take longer but we keep you updated in real-time via Vision CRM.
Can I visit the factories or production sites?
Absolutely. We encourage transparency. Clients are welcome to visit production facilities at key stages.
Do you handle shipping and compliance?
Yes. From export clearances to packaging design and documentation, we manage the entire logistics and compliance chain.
Do you work with startups or only large retailers?
We work with both — but we prefer clients who are serious players within the footwear industries.
Can you help us with sustainable or vegan footwear?
Yes. We can source eco-friendly materials, vegan alternatives, and help build sustainable product lines upon request.
How do you ensure product quality?
Every order goes through multi-stage quality checks, documented and uploaded to your Vision dashboard. We also offer third-party QC options if preferred.
Do you work with Indian retailers or buyers?
No — we focus exclusively on international markets. Our sourcing solutions are designed for global retailers, wholesalers, and DTC brands looking to manufacture in India for export. We do not supply to or service clients within the Indian domestic market.
